We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Precheck-in was easy. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. Free secure parking. Very convenient location with two grocery stores and many restaurants nearby. Excellent secure WiFi. We would definitely recommend it and plan to return when we travel to Dallas.
I visit Dallas once a year for work obligations and this is the first time I stayed at Camden Greenville Apartments. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The apartment itself was clean with a view overlooking the pool. The location was centrally located, and we felt very safe. Kasa was pleasant, very informative and quick to respond. When I return, I will stay here again! 10 out of 10!
This was our first experience with Kasa! It was very positive, I was very nervous about staying where people live (we have loud kids), but it was great! Service was awesome, communication was immediate and very helpful. I’m sure it’s walkable, but we didn’t choose to walk. Good restaurants nearby and a Tom Thumb very close! Our bed was comfy, and the kids loved the pull out bed!
Responsive management, including excellent directions from arrival to checkout, and everything in the unit worked. The apt was clean, quiet and included all the advertised amenities. The complex is great and has a beautiful pool and a decent gym. I plan to return.
The room was spacious and nicely set up. The building is quiet, as is the neighborhood. I had forgotten my handicap placard, but i explained the situation and was accommodated. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay here again!
This was the first time we rented a property managed by Kasa and we would gladly do so again. It was in a fantastic location. The apartment was spacious and nicely appointed. It allowed us a nice community space to hang out with our adult kids and was less expensive than a hotel. I was slightly concerned about the touchless check-in process as we had never done it before, but honestly it was so easy. Kasa seems to really have it dialed in!
The kasa was in a perfect location. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The living room furniture could have been more comfortable but this was the only down side. It worked very well and will be used again in the future.
The apartment was really clean and with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. It needs more pots and pans but you could still cook and make it work. We loved the location and how easy it was to access it. We would be staying again with kasa, their representatives were always available.
